Dream Big!

The new year is almost upon us, and now is the time that many people are coming up with New Years’ resolutions. I’ve pretty much quit doing that, but I still dream. I want to accomplish a lot in the coming year…and I’m not afraid to dream big. My goal is to sell to a big name publisher–and I’d love to do it in 2009. The video above helps me keep focused and encourages me to follow that dream.

To all writers out there: Keep writing. Heck, write everyday! All writing is good writing, even if you think it’s dreck. You might never do anything with it, but just getting that awful paragraph out of your head helps clear your thinking. It’s practice! Write, write, and write some more, even if you don’t feel like it. Keep going…and follow your dreams!!
